Our current single is hailing from Timor Leste. This particular number is from the Ermera region and is a Natural process from the Koileki station. Expect some dark stewed fruits along with pops of dried raspberry.  The creamy texture to the espresso feels like you are drinking a Wagon wheel biscuit. Delicious as a soft espresso or as stunning punchy latte showing some strawberry and cream like complexity.
