Consumables warranty: If you are not 100% satisfied with any consumables purchased from the Daily Drop Coffee website, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment.

All non-consumable products warranty: If you are not 100% satisfied with any equipment purchased from the Daily Drop Coffee website, please refer to the warranty stated on each individual product listed on our website.

Please note that if requesting a replacement or refund, we must be informed of any damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of shipment. Damaged or faulty goods will either be replaced (as stock levels permit), repaired, or the cost will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. We will credit any reasonable postage costs incurred when returning the goods.
